Fast forward approximately 15 years to when it was time for us to put our unit at 600 NLSD on the market. The only agent that we would have even considered for listing our property was Stephanie. Over the years, we realized that she knew more about the property than any other realtor, due to her continuous involvement since the building was under construction. When we initially approached her several years ago about possibly selling our unit, she was quite honest in advising us that it was probably not the best time to be selling a one-bedroom condo in Streeterville. We took her advice and again approached her at the end of 2024. She suggested that we put our unit on the market right after the first of the year (2025). Stephanie was extremely helpful in making suggestions as to improvements that should be made before we listed the property. I cannot begin to praise her enough for her assistance with arranging the contractors to refresh our property while supervising their work. Based on her efficiency, we were able to have the improvements completed and list the property the first week of 2025, right on schedule. While our unit was on the market, Stephanie kept us constantly updated on the showings and feedback received. Our first of 3 offers was received within a month after the propertywas listed; we were under contract within 2 months of the listing. We credit Stephanie and her knowledge of both the building and the Streeterville market with our being able to sell the property in this extremely short timeframe. Since we went under contract, Stepanie has continued to provide her expertise in connecting us with our closing attorney, helping us sell our furniture prior to closing, and serving as a liaison between us and 600 NLSD building management and maintenance staff, resulting in a seamless process.We can’t credit Stephanie enough for her incredible work in assisting us with the sale of our property. Her professionalism, integrity and desire to meet client needs are unmatched. During our many moves which have all involved buying and selling real estate, we have never had an agent who matched Stephanie’s professionalism, skillset and performance.
